✨ July Stats Are In! ✨ Slow and steady wins the race!

According to statistics released by the Ottawa Real Estate Board the local home resale market continued to plod along in July, with a modest increase of 0.2 percent in the number of homes sold this July compared to last year, The average sale price in July was $683,308, down marginally by 1.6 percent compared to last July. Inventory continues to build, particularly for townhomes and condos, which saw prices fall further and longer days to sell than single family homes. July saw 2,350 new properties go up for sale on the MLS, as Buyers and Sellers gear up for the fall market.
