I admit it. I use AI a few times a day.
Mostly because I need a lobotomy to forget how often it fails me.

For topics far less complicated than real estate.
I donโt use AI for real estate questions or research.
Why?
Because I have access to bona fide systems that require licenses to retrieve information protected with what feels like Fort Knox-level security.
So AI and internet content creators are ๐๐๐ how I build my real estate knowledge and acumen.
Or run comparables.
That comes from good old-fashioned fieldwork.
But I hear people using AI for real estate.
๐คฏ And my brain gets gridlocked in a traffic jam of questions.
Because my most predictable AI responses arenโt answers.
