Slow and steady is still the story for Ottawa real estate.

July's market stayed balanced, with home sales edging up 0.2% compared to last year. The average sale price was $683,308, just slightly below where it was a year ago.

One thing that's changing? Buyers have more homes to choose from, especially when it comes to condos and townhomes, thanks to increasing inventory.

Our "Truth or Tale" challenge put everyone's storytelling skills to the test as each participant shared one true story and one completely fabricated one. The challenge? Figure out which was which!
