Happy TurkeyDay! 🦃🥂 You may notice I’ve changed how I post ‘solds’..

Instead of ‘sold’ I’ll now be posting ‘pending’ which is after a property receives subject removal, but is not yet a completed transaction. The default on the back end is that closed and pending transactions show as ‘sold’ but this creates duplicates. From now on I’ll only be posting pending transactions as this is a more accurate way to show market movement without doubling up.

🍂Fall is in the air! While the leaves change and we all get excited about playing in the snow, here are some to do’s around the house before the snow flies.
- clean cutters and down spouts
- check flashing and soffits for holes (critters like warm places to sleep)
- Disconnect and drain garden hoses, shut off indoor valves for exterior spigots, and install insulated covers
- Stabilize fuel in lawn mowers, tractors and other outdoor equipment when you put them away for winter.
