Market activity is gaining momentum — Pemberton recorded 28 sales in Q2, up 33% from Q1 and 8% year-over-year, showing
renewed activity across the market.

Buyers are finding opportunities across a broader range of price points, with increased activity in more attainable
segments. Condo sales saw a significant increase, highlighting continued demand for accessible ownership options.

Chalets continued to lead overall dollar volume, while townhomes and duplexes showed strong pricing resilience,
demonstrating demand remains strong for well-positioned properties.

✨ Looking ahead, new product is for sale, and slated to be move in ready in the 3-bedroom category this fall, creating
