ResiBuilt has been an incredible business to build, and this transaction allows it to continue scaling inside a platform uniquely positioned to own, operate, and invest long-term in build-to-rent communities. Congrats to Dallas Tanner , Scott Eisen , Greg Van Winkle , and the entire IH team.
For RESICAP , this move sharpens our focus and allows us to lean into the strategies where we believe we create the most value going forward:
• BTR asset management/consulting (Resicap)
• BTR and SFR property management (ResiHome)
• Purchasing completed communities from for-sale builders for BTR (Resicap)
• Land acquisition and entitlement (Local Land Co)
• Renovation and value-add ex*****on (ResiPro)
• Our broader family of housing-related service businesses including B2 and Florida PDF (Sheetrock and Painting) and Peachtree Waste (Roll Off and FEL Waste Disposal)
These strategies are highly complementary, capital-efficient, and aligned with long-term housing demand.
