I’m working with a buyer who is ready to make a move in Bend, and I’d love to tap into my local network for recommendations — including anything that may be coming soon or not yet on the market.

🔑 What we’re looking for:
• 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
• Approximately 1,800–2,000 sq. ft.
• Primary bedroom on the main level preferred
• 2-car garage
• Plenty of natural light
• A nice, comfortable backyard — somewhere to enjoy that morning cup of coffee ☕️
• Northeast Bend preferred to be closer to family, but we’re open to all areas of Bend for the right home
• $650,000 or below

I’m so incredibly thankful that you came into my life. You have been such a blessing to me in more ways than I could ever put into words. I’m grateful for every memory we’ve already made, every laugh we’ve shared, and even the challenges that have helped us grow closer together.

I truly believe some people come into our lives at exactly the right time, and I thank God for bringing you into mine. You have such a beautiful heart, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have you by my side.

As much as I cherish where we are today, I’m even more excited about where we’re going. I look forward to all the years ahead of us—the adventures, the memories, the milestones, building our life together, and growing old side by side.

Year number two in the books at the Surf City Car Show and IASCA Stereo Competition with my best friend, my son.

Lots of good demos, some really cool builds, one broken windshield, and a great weekend all around. The cars and stereo stuff are always fun, but getting to do this with him and make these memories together is what means the most to me.

Watching you grow, find your own path, and become more confident in who you are has been one of the greatest blessings of being your dad.
