My client has been a longtime friend, and there’s a lot of history and emotion tied to this property. Selling a home like this isn’t always easy. There are memories here, and closing this chapter comes with plenty of mixed emotions.

But today, we get to celebrate a big step forward — we’re officially PENDING! 🙌

I’m so incredibly thankful that you came into my life. You have been such a blessing to me in more ways than I could ever put into words. I’m grateful for every memory we’ve already made, every laugh we’ve shared, and even the challenges that have helped us grow closer together.

I truly believe some people come into our lives at exactly the right time, and I thank God for bringing you into mine. You have such a beautiful heart, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have you by my side.

As much as I cherish where we are today, I’m even more excited about where we’re going. I look forward to all the years ahead of us—the adventures, the memories, the milestones, building our life together, and growing old side by side.
