The Bend market remained competitive as we moved through May. Median home prices increased this month, while homes are selling more quickly and inventory remains tight. Although overall sales activity slowed slightly, motivated buyers are still moving decisively on well-positioned properties.

Redmond

Redmond’s market is showing signs of adjustment as we head into summer. Median prices and overall sales activity softened this month, while inventory increased, giving buyers more options to consider. At the same time, homes are still selling relatively quickly, signaling that well-priced properties continue to attract attention.

Sunriver

Sunriver’s market is showing a mixed pace this month. Median prices increased, reflecting continued demand for desirable properties, while overall sales activity slowed and homes spent more time on the market. Inventory remains relatively steady, creating a market where buyers are taking a more measured approach.
