It’s always fun walking through homes and immediately thinking, “Yep, this one could be a fit.” 🏡✨

We toured 981 S Waning Lane in Riverstone this weekend, and before we even left, Shannon and I were already talking about a few clients who are coming into town to explore Idaho and see if it could be their next chapter. 🌲☀️

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping people connect the dots between a home and the lifestyle that comes with it. Not just the house itself, but the neighborhood, the community, the weekends spent outside, and the friendships that naturally develop along the way. 🚴‍♂️🏖️🍷

Honestly, this is the time of year when people really start understanding why so many families are moving to Idaho ☀️

Longer evenings.
Paddle boards on the lake.
Kids playing outside.
Greenbelt walks.
Backyard BBQs.
Weekend trips to the mountains.

And depending on what kind of lifestyle you want, the Treasure Valley has a lot of different ways to live it.

Some people love the energy and convenience of Boise.
Others want more space and newer communities out in Eagle, Star, or Middleton.

The market has calmed down compared to the crazy frenzy years, but the demand for Idaho living is still very real - especially for families relocating from higher cost states looking for a little more balance.

Trying to squeeze every minute we could out of our last weekend with Mom & Dad before they head to Wisconsin for the summer ❤️🚗

Between staining the fence, gardening, target shooting, paddle boarding, and grilling dinner together, it ended up being one of those weekends that reminds you why Idaho living is hard to beat ☀️🌲

Now they’re off on a 5-day road trip across the country with stops in Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore, and a few other iconic spots before making it back to Wisconsin. Even more special, just in time to celebrate our nephew graduating this week 🎓

Honestly, as someone who helps families relocate here, this is the lifestyle people are chasing. More space. More time outside. More weekends spent with family and friends instead of sitting in traffic.

We’re excited for their adventure, but already looking forward to having them back in Idaho this fall 🍂

This Mother’s Day hit a little differently this year❤️

We spent the weekend soaking up everything we love about Idaho:
🌊 Visiting Shoshone Falls in Twin Falls
🛴 Riding scooters along the Boise Greenbelt
🍔 Lunch by the river
☀️ Pool days, paddle boarding, and sunshine with friends and family

But the best part of all? Having my parents here to experience it with us as they begin this new chapter splitting their time between Wisconsin and Idaho.

It’s weekends like this that remind us why so many people are leaving California for Idaho — more balance, more freedom, and more time with the people who matter most.

Still kind of crazy how small the world is…

Went out last weekend celebrating one of my best friends birthday 🎉with our Idaho crew here in Riverstone, and it hit me again how full circle this whole move has been.

We both grew up Rancho Bernardo… Ended up in Idaho… and realize we knew a ton of the same people growing up. 🤯

Now we’re here building new memories with an amazing group of friends, raising families, and doing life in a place that just feels right. 😃

This is exactly what I talk about with so many people thinking about making the move – it’s not just about buying a house… It’s about finding your people, your lifestyle, and your next chapter. 🏡

Idaho just has a way I’m bringing the right people together. 🙏🏽
