Story time about being first in line. 🙋This is a great property, in a fantastic neighborhood, but it was not getting any offers at the list price. The seller wanted to offer credits and other creative avenues, but ultimately when he finally agreed to drop the price to put his property, not only first in line in the neighborhood but dramatically ahead of all the other homes, it went under contract. Pricing is key these days and now my seller has one less month of paying his mortgage and can move on to using the proceeds to purchase an income-producing investment property.

This was a fun one! My new friends closed on their forever home in the Del Webb community in Summerville, SC. They’ve been spending time on the road in their RV traveling and visiting friends and family after selling their home last year. So many neighbors came by to say hello and welcome them to the neighborhood while we were unloading some items from their truck. It’s such a good feeling to see clients excited about their purchase and the potential memories to be made ❤️
