Active listings are up 3.8% from June while remaining 11.6% below this time last year, reflecting a market with continued selection but more measured inventory than in 2025.

The average closed price is up 4.8% year-over-year despite a modest 1.8% adjustment from June, reinforcing continued strength in home values. Overall, Denver’s market continues to demonstrate resilience, with strong year-over-year pricing, steady inventory, and a consistent pace of activity.
