A little personal win yesterday! I purchased an investment property - and it’s a perfect example of the power of real estate investing.
In my neighborhood, older homes are often scraped and replaced with large new construction. One of the things I love most about my home is the incredible southern exposure, which brings in amazing natural light and adds both enjoyment and long-term value.
When the neighboring property to the south became available, I saw a rare opportunity. By purchasing it, I’m protecting that light and privacy, potentially doubling my lot size if I decide to combine the parcels in the future, and adding a cash-flowing investment property to my portfolio.
I spend a lot of time celebrating my clients’ wins, but today I wanted to share one of my own and highlight how strategic real estate decisions can create value in so many ways.
