Okay… somehow we are officially in the last stretch of 2026.

HOW did we get here already?! 😂

🏡 Sometimes the best real estate move is…not making one yet.

Yep. A REALTOR® just said that. 😉

Buying, selling or investing should make sense for your life, your goals and your timing—not because someone tells you the market says you should.

Maybe now is the right time.

Maybe six months from now makes more sense.

Maybe we look at the numbers, talk through your options and decide there’s a better move altogether.

That’s okay.

Real estate doesn’t have to start with “I’m ready.”

Sometimes it starts with:

“Jenn, here’s what I’m thinking…”

🏡 The right property isn’t always the one that checks every box.

Sometimes it’s the one that gives you options.

Maybe it has room to grow into.

Maybe there’s an opportunity to add value.

Maybe the location makes sense even though the kitchen isn’t your dream kitchen…yet. 😉

Whether you’re buying a home or an investment property, I encourage my clients to look beyond what a property is today and consider what it could become.

Because paint can change.
Countertops can change.
Flooring can definitely change.

But things like location, layout, potential and your long-term goals deserve a little more attention.

Don’t overlook a great opportunity because it isn’t perfect on Day One.
