Today was more than a closing… it was a reminder of why I love what I do. ❤️

This deal tested us from the beginning. We had one property under contract and the appraisal came back $40,000 low. We kept going.

Then we found this home, locked it in… and the appraisal came back low again by $20,000. 😱

But we did NOT give up.

After heavy negotiations, back and forth, credits, problem-solving, and a lot of faith… we made it to the settlement table. 🙏
