Beginning in 1984, Neil has consistently been an award-winning Realtor, according to the Philadelphia Association of Realtors, being recognized 3 years as one of their Top Performing Agents. Since its inception, Neil has received the Five Star Professional Award, as reported in Philadelphia Magazine – see below. The Neil Kugelman Team has been written up in the Philadelphia Inquirer, quoted in the
Daily News and in the national publication The Residential Specialist. Neil remains a long-time resident of the area, involved in various community organizations. Neil’s experience and level of personal concern has been a hallmark to the success of his clients. Neil has been involved in thousands of settlements, including the rehabilitation of well over 100 properties. His wide range of experience includes representing Fannie Mae, Citicorp and other foreclosing lenders; teaching courses in acquiring/renovating distressed property at the Mt Airy Learning Tree; former board member of the National Shared Housing Resource Center; holding various Real Estate designations; as well as mentoring other Realtors. Neil grew up a Buckeye and left the Ohio State University with his BS in Business Administration before adopting our neighborhoods 40+ years ago and becoming an ardent Temple Owl hoops fan and a total Phillies/Eagles/Sixers homer. Both his children graduated from Penn State Happy Valley before entering into work, marriage & family life.
