Such a disservice to the buyers and sellers out there. Trying to keep the listings at Compass so they can make both sides of the commissions. At the end of the article, it says the sellers received $42,500 over asking price, if they would have let all the buyers know about it in the NWMLS, they would have probably received $100,000+ over asking price.
