Honestly, I'll be the first one to talk you out of being a Realtor. It's a grind and so many people fail. But, I know what to do. I started in this industry 6 years ago and have completely changed my life.

My Team is thriving (we were the #8 Medium Team all of Colorado for the Month of September) and we'd love to take on a few more friends to join us on this ride.

This opportunity isn't for someone who is looking for something easy. It isn't for someone who has heard Real Estate Agents make a lot of money for very little work. It's not even for someone who thinks looking at homes is fun.

Ok, this one is for investors or maybe someone who needs to park some 1031 exchange money. Listen up, because I’ve got an easy way for you to slide into owning an investment property without having all of the hassle of finding a tenant.

Another First Time Home Buyer is settling into their new Northern Colorado Home. They did all of the right things; they called me early, got a mortgage loan approval, and then followed a process that brought us to the right home. Having a First Time Home Buyer budget, we started looking at some homes that, quite honestly, were scary. We expanded the search to some outlying neighborhoods and found a great home in Wellington that had plenty of space, a big yard, corner lot, and lots of room to grow. I love when a plan comes together. Today was a happy day. They are starting today with some new paint inside and are well on their way to building equity on this Northern Colorado home.

Sold - Old Town Fort Collins home with amazing backyard and a primary suite to die for.

Having already found the next home for these sellers, it was imperative to get this one right. The location is great but did have its challenges; the condition was phenomenal, so setting the perfect price was key.

This was going to need a marketing plan. Excellent photos, walkthrough videos, agent social video, floor plans, Matterport, etc., etc.

In a somewhat challenging market, we had multiple interested parties and accepted a full price offer within the first week.

It feels good when a plan comes together.

Another first time home buyer closed on their first home today. There were tears. It was exciting. I absolutely love that.

These home buyers had a long and difficult road but today they are moving into their new Northern Colorado home.

Over a year ago, I got a random call with a question about a listing. They said they had a Real Estate agent but they didn’t like them. 🫤 I had to do a little research to answer the exact question but when I followed up they thanked me and kept moving forward with that agent….

Almost a full year later I got a call. She said that she remembered how nice and helpful I was on the first random call…. They ended up having a really difficult time with the other agent, they felt forced to go under contract and everything went wrong. They ended up terminating that contract and they took a 6+ month break. When they were finally ready to start looking at homes again, they remembered my name and I was ready.

They’ve said multiple times how easy this all was. They looked at over 50 houses with their first agent. I only showed them 4 before we found the perfect situation. They honestly couldn’t believe how easy my process was and they are thrilled with the results.

Buying a house in Northern Colorado shouldn’t be a terrible experience. I actually think it can be a lot of fun. It starts with a plan, a process and a sense of humor. And it ends with keys to your new home.

Just sold this fantastic house in Old Town Fort Collins. When people dream of moving to Fort Collins, this is the house and the location they are thinking about.

This beautiful home on Mountain Avenue is literally just steps away from City Park and on a quiet part of Mountain Ave that is protected by large trees and surrounded by great neighbors…. This spot in Old Town Fort Collins is like a throwback to a simpler time. I am so excited for my home buyers who will literally be celebrating their first weekend at the house with the entire Tour de Fat parade going by their house. There is nothing more Fort Collins than that.
