Another first time home buyer closed on their first home today. There were tears. It was exciting. I absolutely love that.

These home buyers had a long and difficult road but today they are moving into their new Northern Colorado home.

Over a year ago, I got a random call with a question about a listing. They said they had a Real Estate agent but they didn’t like them. 🫤 I had to do a little research to answer the exact question but when I followed up they thanked me and kept moving forward with that agent….

Almost a full year later I got a call. She said that she remembered how nice and helpful I was on the first random call…. They ended up having a really difficult time with the other agent, they felt forced to go under contract and everything went wrong. They ended up terminating that contract and they took a 6+ month break. When they were finally ready to start looking at homes again, they remembered my name and I was ready.

They’ve said multiple times how easy this all was. They looked at over 50 houses with their first agent. I only showed them 4 before we found the perfect situation. They honestly couldn’t believe how easy my process was and they are thrilled with the results.

Buying a house in Northern Colorado shouldn’t be a terrible experience. I actually think it can be a lot of fun. It starts with a plan, a process and a sense of humor. And it ends with keys to your new home.

Just sold this fantastic house in Old Town Fort Collins. When people dream of moving to Fort Collins, this is the house and the location they are thinking about.

Two closings today!

One seller in Windsor selling a great 5 bedroom home in the Greenspire Neighborhood. It was awesome to receive a call from an old friend who needed some help selling the house so they can move on. I'm honored to be ask to help a friend out when it's time to make a change.

AND a First Time Home Buyer getting a new construction home at a 3.99% Interest Rate for a fantastic brand new home in Johnstown. I had helped her mom buy and sell a home 3 years ago. I can't express how awesome it is to get a random phone call from someone saying "my mom told me to call you".

Feeling blessed and thankful today for two successful transactions closing and clients who are excited about the results.
