These are the 3 condo types I wouldn’t buy in 2026.

With inventory at an all time high, it’s hard to know exactly what you should buy and what deals are actually worth it.

With more options on the market, I’m being more selective. There are certain layouts, buildings and features I would personally avoid right now, especially when there are stronger opportunities for condos with end-users in mind that are competing for the same buyers. 🏙️
