A look back at two recent sales I loved being a part of . ✨

From 2223 Aspen Drive in Whistler to #7 Elevate in Pemberton, two very different properties and two very different markets.

At 2223 Aspen Drive, the sellers worked tirelessly to thoughtfully update and prepare the home, bringing their vision to every detail before it went to market. The result was a warm, beautifully considered Whistler home with lush gardens and a setting that truly felt like a private sanctuary.

#7 Elevate was one of Pemberton’s few luxury townhome offerings — a sale that was a great reminder of how patience, timing, pricing and thoughtful strategy can make all the difference.

Two very different properties, but the same goal: creating a strategy tailored to each home and each client.

North Arm Farm is a local favourite — a working family farm surrounded by the incredible scenery of the Pemberton Valley.

Selling this Le Chamois condo was a fun one.

My buyers came to the table with a clear list of criteria, and this property didn’t quite fit the original shape of what they were looking for.

But sometimes the right opportunity is worth a pivot.

The condo was stunning, worked incredibly well for their family, and ultimately checked all the boxes that mattered most. We were able to make it happen and get them in for ski season.

A true Whistler win-win! ✨
