🌹March 2026 Market Update! Things are heating up, spring has sprung!🌹
The residential detached average price of $474,567 in March 2026 rose 1% above the previous March record set in 2025 while MLS® sales of 722 decreased 7% when compared to last year. Condominium average prices rose 6% to $292,696 and MLS® sales decreased 5% from March 2025. All MLS® 1 sales of 1,135 in March 2026 were down 4%, active All MLS® listings of 2,802 were down 10% and total MLS® dollar volume of over $472 million was down 1% from March 2025.

📊 January 2026 Real Estate Market Update! 🏡

🏠Residential detached average prices have risen to $431,079, marking a 4% increase! However, MLS® sales saw a decline of 17%, totaling 367 sales compared to last year.

🚪On the condominium front, average prices increased by 10% to $275,515, while MLS® sales also dipped by 16%.

⬇️Overall, All MLS® sales reached 620 in January, a 13% decrease. Active listings are down to 2,416 (7% drop), and total MLS® dollar volume is over $238 million, reflecting a 7% decline from January 2025.

⬆️All MLS® sales of 1,344 up from 1% from October 2024 and up 6% from the 5-year average.
💲Active MLS® listings of 3,519 were down 3% and total MLS® dollar volume of over $540 million up 7% from October 2024.
🏡Residential detached MLS® sales of 914 were down 1% while the average price of $442,104 was up 4% when compared to 2024.
🏘️Condominium MLS ® sales of 171 were down 19% and the average price of $297,428 was up 4% from October 2024.
