🍂 September 2026 Market Update! 🍂

Through the end of Q3, detached homes averaged $467,687, up 3% from 2025 and 8% above the five-year average. Condominiums averaged $288,751, up 2% and 5%, respectively.

September’s active MLS® listings reached 4,234, up 14% year-over-year. Detached inventory rose 20%, with 2,098 active listings.

Total MLS® sales came in at 1,250, down 10% from last September but level with the five-year average. Condominium sales saw the largest slowdown, declining 23% to 155.
