This adorable couple beat out six other offers in a competitive bidding war. 🏡

Buying a home in today’s market isn’t easy and it’s not for the faint of heart. It often means making concessions to get into a home. But these two stayed cool as cucumbers, submitted a squeaky-clean offer, and came out on top.

The best part? ❤️ They moved into their dream house. Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do.

PS. Are there ways for buyers to be protected in multiple offer situations? YES, but that's for another post. 😃

This one came on the market and was gone before I even had a chance to promote it! While the beautifully renovated kitchen and stunning new primary bath are definite highlights, I think the real showstopper is the setting. 🌳🌳🌳

Mature trees in the front, a private, tree-lined backyard, and lush green views from the side make this home feel like a peaceful retreat. 🌳

🇺🇸This weekend's "glamour" looked a little different:
🍃 Blew leaves
🧹 Swept the driveway & garage
🛋️ Staged the interior🌻
🌿 Tidied up the landscaping & mulch
🗑️Picked up trash, sticks and cigarette butts
🪟Scraped off melting tape on various windows
🌻Tried to install a Lazy Susan (failed)
🔌Tried to plug in the washer & dryer (failed)
📼Removed blue tape from the ceiling (bad idea)
🥵 Did it all in the boiling heat

Behind every beautiful listing is a lot of hard work that most people never see. It's not always cute shoes and open houses—mostly it's sweat, sunscreen, and making sure every detail is just right.

Why do it? Because when it's time for your home to hit the market, it deserves to shine. This fair-skinned, heat-averse girl will sweat for you! ✨

When I listed her investment property, there were three other units on market. She wanted a quick sale so thankfully my client chose to refresh with new paint, lighting, appliances, etc... With the help of my contractor, we listed quickly and went under contract in 5 days. Meanwhile, the other units were far into double digit days on market.

Because she was proactive and willing to SPEND💰she did not have to WASTE💰while waiting for a showing or an offer.

We made a great team, we had some fun and she received a great offer! What more can you ask for? ❤️

When Mom & Dad need a little time to tour a house alone, I get to do the fun stuff! The two of us pretended to be hamsters, took funny pics and ran laps in the basement. I had no idea this photo was taken until the next day and I love it! ❤️
