I met them 12 years ago at my very first open house. When she called me a week later, she said "I don't know if you remember me, but...".

Well, I knew exactly who she was because she's the sweetest thing ever, and she's a ginger. How could I forget a fellow redhead?👩🏻‍🦰

Fast forward to now, we just completed our 3rd transaction together, and the 4th one goes live in 2 weeks in . They are thoughtful and fun, and they feel like friends more than clients.❤️

My clients worked relentlessly to present their home to potential buyers and it paid off.
In a slowing market, they were under contract in 3 days while many homes in the area are still sitting. It's not fun or glamorous to clear out sheds, deal with contractors and remove clutter. Conversely, they were ecstatic to receive offers quickly due to their hard work! 🔥

This was our 4th transaction together so they are seasoned pros and I'm thankful for their determination and friendship.

When clients become friends, it's the best!! These two are absolutely 💯fabulous with a great sense of humor. They are so kind and routinely presented me with baked goods, shake shack and many other snacks.🍦On our second sale together, they sold their gorgeous home and have moved on to their happy place. Real estate is so much more than a transaction and I'm a lucky girl to meet such wonderful people.

The condo market is a bit slow, especially for units with 1-2 bedrooms. If you're in the market for a condo, it might just be the time to shop without having to pay a premium price. 😃Luckily, my client was able to sell her lovely condo and move on to her next adventure.
