Some neighborhoods just have a certain magic, and this pocket of Mount Airy is proof.

Back in April, we watched buyers line up for a rare single-story home on Roumfort. In June, it happened again. 331 Crest Park hit the market in late June and the demand was immediate. After an incredible amount of showings the first weekend on the market, the home just sold for nearly 10% over the asking price.

It's not hard to see why.
