can make future decisions much easier.
You don’t need to be ready to move to start gathering information.

There is a big difference between waiting and planning.
Waiting sounds like, “We’ll deal with it later.”
Planning sounds like, “If something changes, what are our options?”
That distinction matters, especially when the house, the next place, belongings, money, family roles, and timing are all connected.
The goal is not to push anyone to move.
The goal is to understand the options before pressure enters the room.
