The story on this one…

It is one I will remember FOREVER!! Forever and ever.

This home was fated, in so many ways. And I got my first video tour through just an hour ago! Haha I’ve never even SEEN this home with my own eyes, never touched a surface or opened a door. I don’t even know the address unless I look it up 🫣

This one… was complete and utter TRUST and INTUITION within my friend and client. Within herself. It was pure and raw Feminine energy from start to finish!!

This is a legacy home. It is one that will create memories that span across generations to come. And…. I am SO beyond ecstatic to walk through these doors on possession day and welcome her home!!!!!!!!

This… is HOME!!!

Today the sellers lifted their condition and we were able to officially mark this beautiful acreage as SOLD!!!

It is nerve wracking, having a Sellers Condition - or dealing with a Sale of Buyers Home Condition. But… that’s just apart of most processes, especially in markets as hot as ours ATM.

There is a lot of trust and faith that goes into deals when it comes to conditions that seem out of your control - but also a lot of communication and strategic planning. And I offer all of the above!

It’s Alberta bound for my buyers!!! And what a spot to pick to land - in Carriage Lane!!!

They’ve been looking for that perfect balance of city and acreage life, with elevated style and safe spaces for the kiddos. So I mean, what better place than Carriage Lane!

I am incredibly excited for this lovely family to make Grande Prairie home. The support, services and activities for the kiddos are going to be a breathe of fresh air! There is just so much to do!!!

And I have to send out a massive thank you to my partner in this deal Andrew Dyck - this likely wouldn’t have come together with any other agent, and I am so grateful for the communication and realness that we held onto throughout!!

This just… HAPPENED!!!!

We were looking, then we were too late… then we found another and then… then an opportunity came to put in a backup offer on the 1st one aaaaaand… and we ended up getting a full acceptance after time clause initiation and within what felt like a few blinks of an eye, we are SOLD!!!

It seriously happened SO fast. So so so fast. And we are SO excited for our client who will be calling this beautiful property home VERY soon!!!

Thank you for trusting us in this process! The entire Peace+Prairie team jumps in to help out with any client, anytime, but when we find ourselves working side by side, in tandem, it is always such a dream. When I was gone last year on summer vacay, Janel stepped in with this client. And when Janel was gone south just last week for football, I stepped right back in. With minutes to spare… we are SOLD!!!

It’s a MAY LONG MIRACLE!!

Thank you to our lender, who put in countless hours to make this happen before the long weekend - which uuuusually doesn’t happen. Check your condition dates people because banks clock out ON TIME everytime. Use a broker. Just sayin.

Anyway.

I am so excited for my first time homebuyer - and so so proud of her and what she has accomplished at such a young age.

Better start packing, because the move in date is coming quick!! But first… long weekend!!!

From Grandmother to Granddaughter, with the in between generation skipped. But hey, we won’t count those years because it is BACK in the family baby!!

This was seriously fated… like, in every way!!

We offered on another home - which we lost out on in multiples. Boo urns. Woe was us. But THEN my clients drove past their old family home - just around the corner from the one we lost out on - and BOOM, there was a for sale sign out front.

Wait, WHAAAAT???

And so we went that day to view it - after an excited phone call to Grandma obviously - and immediately put in an offer they couldn’t resist. And less than two weeks later, with only one day on the market, here we are - SOLD!!!

There wasn’t a day over these past two weeks when we weren’t on pins and needles. Not a single day. Because this house, it isn’t just a house - it is HOME, and it always has been.

I am… so happy. Like, unbelievably happy… that this all came together the way it did!!! Because… just… wow!!
